Guacaya Bistreaux @ Glass House: Dinner with Chef Pedro Wolcott

Glass House is elated to announce the very first of our Chef in Residence series. Kicking off Monday, November 8th and reoccurring for the following two Monday evenings, Chef Pedro Wolcott of Guacaya Bistreaux brings his authentic Latin Caribbean style cuisine to Minneapolis' Glass House. This series is a pre-curser to his up and coming restaurant launch in the North Loop in Spring 2022: Guacaya Bistreaux.

Dinner will be served up Tapas style and will be served family style for each table, accompanied by libations crafted by Robb Jones of Meteor Bar MPLS. Reserve a table for two, four, or book the Glass Room for a private dinner for 10. 

Tickets are set at $75/head for a set dinner menu / $25-drink ticket that allows the guest to select 2 drinks from our cocktail menu.

Each evening will feature two seatings:

Monday, November 8th @ 5pm and 8pm 

Monday, November 15th @ 5pm and 8pm

Monday, November 22th @ 5pm and 8pm

Proof of vaccination will be required on site to attend the dinner.

Having grown up in the Republic of Panama Chef Pedro Wolcott started cooking at a young age with his mother and grandmother passing down their knowledge around Afro Antillano & Latin Caribbean cuisine. 

-- Guacaya Bistreaux 

Paying homage to its Latin Caribbean roots & heritage Guacaya Bistreaux will feature authentic Latin Caribbean tapas and libations. Gris gris creole and Cajun influences are also hinted at as part of their mix of their unique cuisine.
